Decisions take forever in your house and are often compromises that don’t really benefit anyone.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Are you familiar with this situation in your company? Even with small decisions, all employees are involved, you as a manager anyway. There is a lot of complaining because decisions take forever or are never made. As a manager, you feel burdened because you spend your time on micro-decisions, which takes up a lot of your working time. Nobody wants to take the risk of deciding something themselves and then perhaps being reprimanded for a wrong decision. <\/p>\n\n
