How do you feel when you come back from your holiday?
Are you full of energy and energy and looking forward to your next projects or is a dull feeling creeping into your abdominal area and you are worried about the first day of your return?
Do you now pause for a moment and check where exactly your insecurity sits in the body?
Place both palms on top of each other and touch the area of your strongest uncertainty. Does the touch of your hands make the place warmer, do you feel a breathing movement there?
Start making small circles with your hands and let these circles get bigger and bigger. Make sure you feel a slight pressure of touch. Before you change direction and make the circles smaller again, pause for a moment – what has changed?
Now you lead the circular movement in the other direction. When your palms are back on the starting point, breathe calmly into your palms and feel the changed body perception. You are welcome to repeat the exercise 2 to 3 times until the uncertainty has subsided.
