Regeneration Break

If you’re using your weekend to learn new things, explore new ways, or improve your performance on your favorite hobby, remember to give your brain a proper recovery break!

Studies show that mental strength decreases noticeably after about 45 minutes of concentration, so after 90 minutes at the latest you should urgently take a quarter-hour break.

This kills two birds with one stone: On the one hand, you let the brain regenerate and make it fit for the next work unit, on the other hand, the brain also needs this time to store what it has learned in the long term and thus generate an increase in performance.
