Karin Würth has been accompanying people on their path to more inner peace, presence and joie de vivre since 2009. Her services are particularly aimed at people who suffer from professional stress, excessive demands or persistent exhaustion. One focus of her work is mindful burnout prevention and rebuilding a healthy work-life balance – where speed, pressure and high expectations are part of everyday life.
In her work, Karin combines scientifically sound methods of stress management – such as MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and Mindful2Work – with a sensitive, human approach. The aim is not just to alleviate symptoms, but to recognize the underlying causes of stress and find new, sustainable ways of dealing with stress.
Whether in individual coaching, group training or online courses, Karin creates spaces for clarity, emotional self-care and conscious alignment. The focus is on topics such as setting boundaries, relaxation and dealing constructively with thoughts and feelings in everyday working life.
She also supports couples who are out of balance due to external pressures, stress or emotional alienation. Her training in emotion-focused couples therapy (EFT) enables her to work in a mindful, structured and solution-oriented way in this context too.
Her approach is clear and at the same time profound – shaped by in-depth training in MBSR, psychological counseling and bodywork as well as her own many years of mindfulness practice as a Buddhist. Karin Würth stands for professional, practical support that brings people back into contact with themselves – for a consciously designed, vibrant and healthy (working) life.
