With pro-development, I support people and teams in recognizing their talents and making targeted use of them. Early on, I experienced for myself how strongly stress and a lack of structure block individual potential – and how teams blossom when strengths are made visible and at the same time put to good use.
My approach combines talent and needs recognition with mental fitness and resilience. I am convinced that if we focus on people’s skills, we will not only create more ease and motivation – teams will also become more effective in the long term.
Unclear structures and unused strengths lead to overload and a lack of productivity. Today, I am working on changing exactly that: By focusing on individual talents, mental fitness and a clear, appreciative task and team structure. The result – resilient teams that are healthier, more productive and work more independently.
As a co-founder of iTransform, I also bring this approach to the NGO and NPO sector. There, we work together with people and teams on clear structures, empowering working models and mental strength for more flow with our low-threshold programs.
