As an educator in an advisory capacity and psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I support people in challenging life situations – individually, attentively and with a clear view of what is important. My focus is on direct, personal contact with my clients. Every person has their own issues, dynamics and resources – and this is exactly what my work in the individual setting is based on.
My work focuses on combining sound psychological knowledge with a practical, everyday approach. I am particularly interested in working with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques according to Gary Craig) – a body-based method with which emotional blockages can be specifically released and stressful patterns can be permanently changed. My clients not only receive support, but above all a tool for self-help – clear, effective and immediately applicable.
A central concern for me is strengthening self-efficacy: the focus is not on permanent dependence on advice, but on moving forward on one’s own responsibility. My approach is to bring people into contact with themselves – with their feelings, needs and resources – in order to facilitate real change from there.
A particular focus of my work is on identifying and dealing with stressors in the working environment – especially where emotional dynamics lead unnoticed to exhaustion, withdrawal or conflict. In these often complex situations, I provide support with clarity, calm and a keen sense of the individual context.
I have been continuously training for many years – including in mindfulness-based approaches and body-oriented psychology. I am particularly interested in how emotional, cognitive and physical levels can be combined to make sustainable change possible.
I do not work with standardized solutions, but with people. My work is characterized by presence, empathy and a firm trust in the ability of each individual to find – and follow – their own path.
