Change

Every change causes stress because we leave something old, familiar, learned, familiar or cherished and take new paths. We often have to look for the new ways first, there is a lack of signposts and ready-made paths.

Even the brain does not like change, because then it has to leave the deeply buried data highways, on which the information runs as a matter of course, without consuming much energy. It has to go on dirt roads and farm roads with potholes and dead ends and first painstakingly clear the stones out of the way until a new road is laid out again.
