Is your level of arousal triggered in an emotionally tense environment?

Stay with yourself and don’t let the hustle and bustle of the environment or stressed, aggressive people disturb you.

The best way to do this is to connect the thumb and index finger of one hand (no matter which one) and quietly count 1.

Consciously feel the connection of the fingertips and the touch of the skin.

Then connect thumb and middle finger, count 2, thumb and ring finger, count 3, thumb and little finger and count 4.

You continue to breathe calmly and inconspicuously.

At the latest after the 3rd repetition, you will notice how the stress removes.
