Plan more breaks in your everyday life for a better work health balance

Micropauses – 1 deep breath, for example – between 2 different work steps

Mini breaks – e.g. while you go to the printer, coffee machine or to the toilet

1 longer break in which you consciously do something that you do not do during your daily work, e.g. movement during sedentary work

After about 2 hours, a short break makes sense,

at the latest after 6 hours you should take a longer break.
