Spring is the time of movement.

Pay attention to how you walk, even on the way to the coffee machine!

Do you walk upright or let your shoulders and head hang down?

Are the legs and feet heavy or do you jump easily from one step to the next?

Does every step give you strength when you feel the surface as it occurs or rolls off the ground?

Watch yourself walk and try to incorporate lightness and joy while walking. Happy walking reinforces our perception of positive things.
