My weekend tip, especially now in summer: Lie down under a tree, fold your arms behind your head.

The opening of the upper chest room ensures a particularly good access to the breath.

Now look into the canopy of leaves above you. Without moving your head, you slowly guide your eyes from left to right.

Look at all the leaves very closely. Follow a branch from the tree trunk to the free-standing end.

If this works well, start to shape small 8s with your eyes, looking again exactly at the leaves that your gaze passes.

Repeat the eye movements a few times until you breathe deeply and evenly.
